By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Final

Due to hygiene and personal use considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This policy ensures the highest standards of sanitation and product integrity for all customers.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Sets

All custom-sized, personalized, or made-to-order nail sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. If you are unsure of your sizing, we strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering a full set.

Lumina Mystic is not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect (wrong design or size sent)

You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Failure to provide photo documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

4. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once tracking confirms “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, Lumina Mystic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

5. Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Product Representation

We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or handcrafted details.

Such minor differences do not qualify as defects.

7. Fraud Prevention & Disputes

Lumina Mystic reserves the right to dispute fraudulent claims and chargebacks.

We maintain shipment tracking records, delivery confirmation, and order documentation for all transactions.

Filing a false chargeback or claim may be considered fraud and will be reported to the appropriate payment provider.
