Refund & Return Policy for Apparel

At Lumina Mystic, each apparel item is produced specifically for your order. Because our garments are made-to-order, we maintain a carefully structured refund and replacement policy to ensure fairness, quality control, and operational integrity for both our customers and production partners.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Made-to-Order Policy

All apparel products are made-to-order upon successful checkout confirmation. Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed.

Because of this production model:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • Requests to modify size, color, design, shipping address, or garment type after purchase cannot be guaranteed.

  • We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details before completing checkout.


2. Sizing Responsibility

Please review the provided size chart carefully before placing your order.

Our garments may include products manufactured on premium blanks such as Bella+Canvas 3001, Gildan 5000, or equivalent apparel bases. Due to differences in garment construction, fabric composition, and manufacturing tolerances:

  • Slight measurement variances of approximately 1–2 inches may occur.

  • Fit perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.

  • Shrinkage within normal industry standards may occur depending on washing and drying conditions.

For these reasons, we do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Preference-based fit concerns

  • Expected fit differences between garment styles or brands


3. Color & Print Variation Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and artwork as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may naturally occur due to:

  • Monitor and device display differences

  • Lighting conditions in product mockups

  • Fabric dye lot variations

  • DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing processes

  • Print absorption differences between garment colors and materials

Minor variations in print placement, tone, alignment, texture, or saturation are considered normal production characteristics and do not qualify as defects.


4. Eligible Defect Claims

We will gladly review claims involving:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Incorrect size sent by our fulfillment team

  • Major print defects

  • Significant garment damage

  • Manufacturing defects affecting wearability

If your order arrives with a legitimate production issue, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • Packaging photos if applicable

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent claim resolution.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

  • Slight print alignment differences

  • Minor thread inconsistencies

  • Natural fabric texture variations

  • Small color tone differences

  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

  • Improper washing or drying

  • Normal wear after use

  • Claims submitted after the claim window expires

Returned items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, odor, or damage caused by customer handling will not be eligible for resolution.


6. Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

While we work closely with our fulfillment and logistics partners, delays caused by:

  • postal carriers,

  • customs processing,

  • weather conditions,

  • peak holiday demand,

  • or external logistics disruptions

are outside of our direct control and do not qualify for refunds.


7. Resolution Process

When a claim is approved, Lumina Mystic reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution method, including:

  • Replacement item

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

  • Full refund in qualifying cases

Replacement solutions are generally preferred when applicable.

Refunds are issued solely at our discretion after claim review.


8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To protect our business, customers, and fulfillment partners, Lumina Mystic reserves the right to refuse service, future orders, or claim requests involving:

  • abusive refund behavior,

  • repeated fraudulent claims,

  • chargeback abuse,

  • policy exploitation,

  • or intentionally misleading claim submissions.
